When placing an order online or over the phone, you will need:

Google Checkout
To place an order using Google Checkout, select Google Checkout on the basket page once your cart is completely full. This will then take you to Google's secure checkout process. Unlike PayPal, account setup is not necessary and you do not need to be brought back to our site once the checkout process is complete. Paypal
To place an order using Paypal, select Paypal on the basket page once your cart is completely full. This will then take you to Paypal secure checkout process.

Money Orders
To place an order using a money order, follow the checkout process as normal and select "Money Order" as your payment method. Obtain a money order for the total amount, including shipping charges and sales tax. Mail the money order and a copy of the invoice (emailed to you) to:

Standard Shipping Option
DSSupplements.com ships orders within the 48 contiguous states via UPS, USPS, or UPS Mail Innovations.  Depending on product availability, orders shipped with this method usually arrive within 1-6 business days.  Packages sent UPS will not deliver on Saturday. Accurate shipping address and phone number is required. Signature may be required for delivery.
The shipping charges are as follows:
    Flat Rate $5.95 up to 5 pounds and $1.19 each additional pound.

Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes
DSSupplements.com ships all orders to Hawaii or Alaska via USPS Priority Mail.  Depending on product availability and location, most orders will be received with in 1-7 business days.
    Flat Rate $7.95 up to 8 pounds and $1.00 each additional pound.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
DSSupplements.com ships all orders sent to APO and FPO boxes via USPS Priority Mail.  Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 3-5 business days.  Delivery time from the military address to you can vary.  Very Important: Your package is ONLY insured to your military address. DSSupplements.com is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail.  In the unlikely event a package is lost and an insurance claim needs to be filed, it cannot be filed until 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled. Claims can take up to 5 weeks to process per USPS regulations.
    Flat Rate $9.95 up to 10 pounds and $1.00 each additional pound.

UPS Shipping Options
UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available as shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States. You will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the UPS shipping rate table. This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.

UPS Next Day Air: Next day air package must be shipped to the credit card billing address. If separate addresses are entered using this shipping method the package will be held until contact with the purchaser has been established, and any the necessary changes have been made.

To maximize fraud prevention, we require both credit/debit card billing address and CVV2 code verification before any order will be shipped. When placing an order online or over the phone, you will need:

1. the address the card's statement is sent to.

This procedure is very simple.  If you are placing your order over the phone, we will handle the rest. If you are placing your order online, please read on.

Step one of the check out process will require both the shipping address and the cards billing address.  If these two address are the same, simply fill in only the shipping address and continue. Step three of the checkout process will require the card holders name, card number, expiration date and CVV2 code. If you are using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card, the CVV2 code is the last 3 digits found on the signature strip on the back of the card. If you are using an American Express, the CVV2 code is the 4 digit code (not embossed) found on the front of the card.

Very Important: Whether or not your billing address verifies, your card will still be charged. If your billing address does not verify, you will receive an email notification. Simply reply to the email, with the correct credit/debit card billing information, and we verify the information manually for approval.

• To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, simply contact us. No unauthorized returns.
• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on unopened and unused merchandise.
• No returns or exchanges on items that are discontinued or are in closeout status.
• Returns must be approved within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges must be approved within 30 days of receipt.
• Products not exchanged are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Packages that are returned without the RMA number clearly posted on the exterior of the package will be refused.
• Shipping charges are not refundable in any case. Additional shipping charge may apply for exchanges.
• If your merchandise is refused at the time of delivery, your order will be treated as a return upon its arrival at our warehouse.
• Items labeled as expired (sell by) or closeout are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Orders canceled of an in stock item, before the item is shipped, will be subject to a 6% administrative charge.

Please make sure that the shipping address you supply is absolutely correct, beyond the best of your knowledge.  Our UPS account is automatically charged $5.00 for every address correction they make.  In the event that your address is corrected by UPS (to complete the delivery), the credit/debit card supplied to purchase the products will be charged $5.00.

All references to a "chargeback" refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed on www.dssupplements.com. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us and we will gladly issue it. Unnecessary chargeback's are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on www.dssupplements.com, please contact us for immediate resolution.

You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit/debit card on THIS SITE. If you chargeback a credit/debit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that THIS SITE may recover the amount of the chargeback in addition to $25 by any means deemed necessary, including but not limited to recharging your credit/debit card or having the amount recovered by a collection agency.
