Bench Press Training with the Best Supplements
For Maximum Gains in Size and Strength

When I was a very young boy the bench press was a big part of my life. It was the lift I learned to do and fell in love with it more then any other lift I the sport. I loved bench day or when I was young chest day. I have always took this approach. If you trained a different way all the time and never giving the muscle no time to adapt it has t get stronger. Either it’s a great way to keep the body guessing, or a disaster it has done me pretty well. But the best thing I can tell you about being a great bench presser is you have to do what others won’t try or attempt. Its either your favorite or you hate it but you really have to work hard and be creative to your weak and strong points, in each part of the lift,
if you’re a bodybuilder, then the technique used by a powerlifter would not be ideal for your goals and purpose. If you’re a powerlifter than the bodybuilding approach is not the best way to go about training. Train for your purpose! You ca do a little of both and have the best of both worlds. My favorite way to train is a crazy approach to both Max effort powerlifting training and volume training from bodybuilding. Its the way I have learned from over seventeen years of bench training.

First and for most you are going to need a solid plan for your training, diet and most important supplementation. I use LG Sciences Anadraulic State GT forty five minutes to one hour before training empty stomach because I get everything I need to help with energy, focus, drive, and recovery. I don’t need to feel jittery or like I can’t focus because I’m on tooo much stimulants. That doesn’t cut it. I need to get focus, and energy that is smooth and clean, no jitters! Anadraulic State GT is a supplement that provides, focus, positive aggression, stamina, creatine, beta-alanine, and a PSARM complex. I use Anadraulic State GT because it gives me more of everything I need when it’s about building muscle than just a quick energy spike for a couple hours or upsets my stomach and makes me feel really uncomfortable and bloated ,The “concentrated crash” and negative feeling from inferior products I have no use for. Keep me up all night. Stops my appetite from way too much stimulants. I need to be able to get my sleep for the Gh response and recovery. I need to be able to eat large amounts of proteins, carbohydrates and fats to grow and recover. That’s why I believe Anadraulic State GT is way ahead of the others. Fruit punch has been a nice change to the strawberry lemonade so it’s nice to be able to switch flavors. 1-2 sccops depending on hours of training and mix it with a spoon with 20oz of water.
Now when it comes to bench training I use a lot of different aids to help increase my bench press from chains, jump stretch bands, boards. I also do rack, and floor presses. You have to find out your weak points and train them to become strong so you will improve in the lift.
A typical dynamic day is Speed day. It’s started around the flat bench press with 50% of your “raw” bench. Use 3 different grips. Use your ring finger on the knurling ring on each side of the bar, thumb and pointer finger on the end of the outer knurling, and pinky on the knurling for 3 reps of 9 sets. By changing that grip every time so you do three of each grip with three different grips. You want to do these reps as fast as you can so that your exploding off the chest as quick as possible. That's why we are doing this to build explosive power. 3 seconds and you should have all three reps done. After you have done your nine sets, do a couple singles working up in weight about 60-70-80% of your max. Three one rep speed singles and then that will do it for the flat bench. This is teaching you to handle heavier weight with greater speed!
Now on other raw days I like to work up to a 85-100% PR. This is something I do and a lot of people say it’s OverKill but I like to handle the heavy weights once in a while to see how everything is moving when it comes to speed and lockout. After I work up to a double or single in the bench press I finish off with some presses off high boards, 4 to 5 board will help with lockouts cause you should be able to handling 100-150lbs more than your max full range and doing heavy sets of five till you can’t do five, then sets of three till you can’t hit three. I keep my hands a little closer than some but I’m trying to build chest and triceps power. So it’s not a close grip but not a wide grip bench either. This type of bench workout will completely make you spent after the numerous sets and heavy reps to kill your C.N.S. This is a lot of volume and will work for some or demolish others. I'm not saying this is the best way to train the bench but after a couple years this has added to my raw bench, forty pounds and one hundred pounds in my shirt in a years’ time.
That's just my Raw training day. And as a “Bench Specialists” I also have a shirt Max Effort bench day also. That's the day when everything has changed. Raw is over and its time to handle the real weight. Wear it becomes life and death injury's change people and lifters forever. How many people do you know dump six, seven wait eight hundred pounds on their face?
By benching consecutive weeks with numerous seven hundred to eight hundred pounds in your hands over and over week after week for years not a couple weeks or months. Two years it took me handling up to seven hundred pounds off board presses to bench in the six hundreds. Since 2010 I have been using Natadrol and it's another supplement I use that has taken my bench from a six hundred and fifty bench press to a personal record of seven hundred and twenty pounds. It’s one supplement I have been using for over a year cycling on and off that I really like and will continue to use. It’s a powerful supplement that is non steroidal and can be used alone or with so many other supplements. It has helped me recovery easier and saves my strength from a low calorie diet plus I like the affects of losing some extra water weight for the weigh-ins. And also for a lifter I weigh over two thirty five to two forty, a couple weeks before a meet. Then, I end up weighing in at 219.8 the day of weigh-ins. It helps! Losing weight comes from a low sodium, sugar, carb, calorie and then water manipulation. Not the best way to save your hard earn strength gains while being ten to fifteen pounds heavier with more water to expand the muscle cells. Some other hormonal supplements make you hold water and can make you feel very toxic and lethargic. I use both Natadrol then Formadrol. They are keys to my training cycles.
